Voting eligibility and instructions
For current Senior Members whose dues have been paid within the last 12 months. Vote once per current paid membership. Voting district is optional. The dropdown lists only Districts 1, 2 & 6. If you choose a district, you may vote for only ONE district board candidate, and it must be the candidate for the district where you live. Only that district’s candidate choices will appear. All current memberships may also vote for ONE At-Large Board Candidate. The source ballot states that ballots missing the member name, address, or membership number may be disqualified.

Save and email your completed ballot:

Complete your ballot, then select PRINT AND MAIL.
In the Print dialog, choose Save as PDF (on a phone, choose the available PDF save or share option) and save the completed ballot somewhere you can find it.
Open your email app and start a new message addressed to asregistry@gmail.com. Set the email subject/header to AHSA BALLOT 2026.
Attach the PDF you saved, then send the email. Make sure the PDF is attached before you send.

Prefer to mail a paper ballot? Choose your printer in the Print dialog, print the completed ballot, and mail it to AHSA, PO Box 27, Sedalia, MO 65302. Mailed ballots must be postmarked before 11/6/2026.
